Refund & Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is a priority. This policy outlines the conditions under which orders may be cancelled, items returned, and refunds issued.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled if a cancellation request is received within a specified period after purchase and before shipment.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, but the item may qualify for return.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within a specified time frame (e.g., 7–14 days) from the date of receipt.

  • Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and accessories included.

  • Certain products, such as sale items, personalized goods, perishable products, or hygiene-sensitive items, are non-returnable.

  • Exchanges may be offered for size, color, or product defects, subject to stock availability.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued once the returned item is inspected and approved.

  • The refund will be processed through the original method of payment within a reasonable period (e.g., 7–14 working days).

  • Shipping charges and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake or defect attributable to the seller.

Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item sent.

  • It is recommended that customers use a trackable courier service for return shipments.
